Our team tastefully renovated this North-West facing Villa in the heart of Grey Lynn, Auckland. We preserved the character of the original villa by restoring the character floors, ceilings and traditional detailing’s on all trims. The renovation also consisted of an entire extension to the rear of the heritage home. The new open plan living extension included an island bench host kitchen, open dining as well as two perfectly partitioned living areas. By doing so, we were able to provide maxim use of space for the  family.
