We specialise in building architectural homes, re-clads and contemporary villa restorations. Our love for beautifully executed construction keeps us ahead of techniques and trends. Our team ranges from highly experienced qualified builders who have been with us from the beginning, to extremely capable project managers and promising young apprentices. Each with a shared passion for the finest quality, attention to detail and workmanship we are always proud to put our name to.
At Network Builders, we own and operate a large selection of medium to heavy machinery. This is greatly beneficial to our clients because it means that we are able to cut out the middle man on many stages of the construction process.
For example, we are not only able to avoid delays with equipment availability, but we also avoid ‘minimum day hire’ charges that would otherwise be incurred.
This aspect of our approach also gives our clients a continuity of staff. Generally dealing with fewer teams day to day results in smooth transitions as we progress through the project.

Extending or renovating villa and bungalow homes requires careful planning and consideration. Our approach to any works on a villa or bungalow home has respecting and conserving its heritage at the forefront. Our expert team specialises in modernising these traditional homes, while meticulously focusing on restoring and reinstating character features throughout.
Renovations & Recladding
Your home is your most valuable asset. When renovating or re-cladding, the goal is to improve functionality and give new life to a home’s aesthetic. Above all however, is ensuring value is added to your property. Our team at Network Builders are true craftsmen who value their work as much as you value your home.
Design & Builds
If you have not yet engaged an architect and had plans drawn, we do offer a design and build service. This means we will take care of the construction process from start to finish. As a result, the entire project, from initial concept designs, engaging architects, consulting with council through to build completion will be delivered under one contract.
Site Excavations
We are able to complete any scope of excavation and retaining works. At Network Builders, we own and operate a large selection of our own medium to heavy machinery. What this means for our clients is that firstly, we are able to carry out our projects with no delays due to availability shortages. Secondly, no unnecessary minimum day hire fees incurred on equipment and finally, the consistency of working with one team.

Swimming pools are an excellent way to increase the value of your home, transform your outdoor area and above all provide unforgettable kiwi summers for your family. Our team has extensive experience in pool construction of all types. Our experience particularly includes in-ground, deck level as well as infinity edge. We will take care of the project from the beginning stage of pool design, to excavation and right until completion.
