The elegant weatherboard villa at 79 Hinemoa Street in Birkenhead Point was originally built in 1910 as a single level home. Our clients approached us wanting to build a second story, update the interior and build the exterior decks. We were honoured to have restored this home, maintained its original structure while ensuring all new additions were in keeping with the home’s heritage.
