Home by the Beach
492A Beach Road, Murrays Bay

This new build project on Beach Road in Murray’s Bay, North Shore of Auckland was a pleasure to complete. The site was located directly opposite the Murray’s Bay Beach, an absolute idyllic spot to build a new home. The large two story family home boasts five bedroom, three bathroom and three separate living areas. The exterior was completed with white vertical weatherboard and a dark shingled roof.

Black Oak & Marble Kitchen

The entire home was built with an open plan design. With large floor to ceiling windows, bleached floors and white walls, this kitchen was a stunning contrast statement. Black oak cabinets were used in both the main kitchen and butlers pantry. The fridge and dishwasher were integrated with the cabinets, providing the cleanest finish.

The 6m high ceiling, coupled with the glass doors and floor to ceiling windows flooded the entrance of the home with natural light.

Indoor - Outdoor Flow

Stacking Bi-fold doors opening out to the garden of the home created a seamless indoor outdoor flow. These doors are a great option to make a space feel even bigger than it is.

The bathrooms were finished with porcelain marble look tiles and wall hung vanities.
