This renovation and re-clad project transformed a dated plaster home in Murray’s Bay, into a stunning luxury home. The exterior was re-cladded using vertical dark stained cedar and bagged brick while the interior was given a modern refresh.
Double sided fireplace
The main living area of the home on the second floor was separated by this stunning double sided Escea fireplace. The copper mosaic tile surround on either side of the wall made this a stand out feature in the home.
The kitchen was complete with a black brick splash back, black oak bulk head and black sink. This added depth to the otherwise all white features of the cabinetry and waterfall marble bench top.
A brilliant indoor and outdoor flow was achieved using these stacking bi-fold doors on each wall, which opened up onto a large wrap around Garapa deck. An entertainers dream!
